C. Honesty & Verification
You must provide accurate, current information on your profile. You may not upload photos that do not belong to you or impersonate any other person. If you undergo verification, you agree to provide authentic documentation, which will be processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
D. No Harassment or Defamation
You must treat other members with respect. You may not engage in harassment, digital stalking, blackmail, or publish defamatory content about other members.
4. Intellectual Property & User Content License
A. Ownership of Platform Assets
All content, features, and functionality on the Website—including but not limited to software, designs, layouts, databases, logos, trade names, graphics, text, and search algorithms—are the exclusive intellectual property of DubaiSugarDaddy.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws. B. License to User Content
By uploading profile descriptions, photos, or messaging other members, you grant DubaiSugarDaddy.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, moderating, and promoting the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your photos, and we will process all profile media in strict accordance with the privacy settings you select.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, & Refunds
- Member Registration: Account creation and direct messaging are free for verified Members (Sugar Babies).
- Premium Upgrades: Seekers (Sugar Daddies and Sugar Mummies) may purchase premium subscriptions to unlock advanced search filters, stealth browsing, and unlimited messaging.
- Refund Policy: All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer laws or explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee successful arrangements or meetings as a result of upgrading your account.
6. Limitation of Liability & Release
By using the Platform, you agree to release us from all liability relating to your interactions with other members:
- Offline Interactions: We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users. We are not responsible for the behavior, safety, or legality of any interactions, dates, or arrangements that occur off the Platform in the real world. You assume all risks when meeting other members in person.

7. Indemnification

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre (or another recognized regional arbitration body) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
